What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The information collected from online shoppers and subscribers is only used for the purpose of fulfilling and shipping an order, providing guidance, instructing classes, and/or supplying Aromatherapy services. Such information includes name, address, birth date/age, contact details, personal health information, and credit card information. Credit Card data is stored electronically in a PayPal, Stripe, Square, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Braintree secure payment system. Depending on which payment system you chose to use.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms collect your contact information for the purpose of sending you information about the company, an article, a class, or a service. Your contact information is never shared with third parties for any reason.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
