VALUES & PRINCIPLES

Jennifer’s coaching is grounded in a deeply holistic view of health. She doesn’t separate the body from the mind or spirit.

Core values that guide her:

  • Holistic health: She considers the whole person—physical condition, emotional state, lifestyle, and even spiritual beliefs. To her, lasting change isn’t just about a diet or a workout; it’s about aligning daily habits with who you want to be.
  • Balance (her brand word): “Balance” isn’t just a word for her—it’s the theme of her life and coaching. Balance in blood sugar, balance in movement, balance between fun and discipline, and even balance between independence and asking for help.
  • Gentle but consistent change: Jen understands that drastic, all-or-nothing approaches almost cost her everything. Now she believes in sustainable, step-by-step change that older adults can maintain long term.
  • Respect for the body’s limits: As someone with kidney issues who can’t just crush high-intensity workouts, she understands what it’s like to have real constraints. She teaches her clients to honor their bodies while still pushing for progress.
  • Joy in movement: Especially for seniors, Jen believes fitness should be fun, energetic, and uplifting—not clinical or depressing. If movement feels joyful, people stick with it.
