I do love a good article with lots of references and I learned something new reading it. I was not aware of the antispasmodic properties of clary sage. I get muscle cramps especially in my feet and hands but sometimes in calves or the shins — the latter, I would rather have a baby than experience them! I will be making me up some clary sage in coconut oil in mass production so I can have bottles of it everywhere and anywhere I am when those dratted things hit. Thanks again for the great article and am looking forward to reading more of the articles.
